The Finger Lakes Section of PPSNYS, Inc. consists of photographers from
the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Members come from as from
south as the Pennsylvania border, all the way to Lake Ontario to the north,
beyond Rochester to the west, and past Elmira to the east.
Monthly meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually in Waterloo, NY.
We begin with a General Business Meeting at 2:00, an educational program at 3:00, followed by dinner.
In addition to the monthly meetings, Finger Lakes offers many other social and educational events,
including participation in the annual state conference and summer photography workshop,
a Talent Exchange Program (TEP), annual family picnic in August, and a holiday party in December.
Due to the broad geographic scope of the Finger Lakes Section, calculated at roughly 5000 square miles, and the diversity of our photographers, members come from all all over the region, eager to share their talents and ideas with their fellow photographers.
Members of Fingers Lakes are good friends.
